2. Once you’ve paid securely online, your house details will be on the website within 2 hours.
3. You’ll be able to access your house details 24/7, so you can change them whenever you want, delete them when you’ve sold, or add another house.
4. Buyers will browse the site and if they like the look of your house, they will contact you through our system. You decide if you want the person to view your house as your details remain confidential until you decide to release them.
5. You can then arrange a viewing with them.
6. If they like the house after viewing, you can negotiate the price and then put your solicitors in touch with each other.
